If you're guitar has no bridge holes for individual saddles yet, you can follow these steps to install:

  1. Determine the scale length of your neck. To do this, measure the length from the nut to the 12th fret then double it, and mark the spot.
  2. Align the saddles of your bridge right on top of the marked spot and make sure the entire bridge is centered relative to the neck.
  3. Mark the screw holes, drill, and screw down the bridge.
  4. Place the bridge cover plate over the bridge area. Align it properly. Take note of any screw holes or slots on the plate that align with corresponding holes or slots on the guitar.
  5. Once the plate is secured, gradually tighten each screw until the cover is firmly attached.

  1. Clean your bridge and cover regularly to remove dirt, grime, and residue. Use a soft cloth or a mild cleaning solution specifically designed for instrument maintenance. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish or components of the bridge.
  1. Apply a small amount of lubricant, such as guitar or instrument-specific lubricant, to the moving parts of the bridge, such as saddles or pivot points. This helps to ensure smooth operation and prevent excess friction.
  1. Periodically inspect your guitar bridge and cover for any loose or worn-out parts. Tighten any loose screws or bolts as necessary. If you notice significant wear or damage, consider contacting a professional guitar technician for repairs or replacements.
  1. As much as possible, store your guitar in a suitable case or controlled environment when not in use.

Yes. It was smaller than I expected but I made it work. I used the cover portion and modded my Squier Cabronita Telecaster with it. I'm happy with the results.
