Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Using the tracking number(s) provided, you can track your order by visiting the carrier's website. If you still have questions, send an email to support@guyker.com. We will get back to you in 2-3 business days.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please note that customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges.

4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently Do Not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international locations. Certain products may have additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
5. Import Duties: It's important to be aware of your country's import duties and taxes to avoid unexpected charges. We are not responsible for duty, or tariff fees imposed at international borders.

8. Shipping Delays: In rare instances, there may be unpredictable shipping delays. While we will do everything possible to ensure your order is delivered on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by logistics companies. We do not refund or reissue orders due to delivery delays. If your order is significantly delayed, we will assist you in tracking it and potentially submitting a lost shipment claim.
