Return & Refund

1. Eligibility:

  • Products can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Ensure the electronic guitar product is in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.

2. Initiating a Return:

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at support@guyker.com or use the online form on our Contact Us page.
  • Clearly state the reason for the return and provide your order number.

*Note: For return of product due to personal reasons, such as selection errors, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs.

3. Return Process:

  • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to securely return the electronic guitar product.
  • For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

4. Refund:

  • Refunds will be processed promptly after we receive and inspect the returned electronic guitar.
  • The refund amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility:

  • Exchanges are available for electronic guitar products with quality issues or damages.
  • Report any defects within 48 hours of receiving the electronic guitar.

2. Exchange Process:

  • Provide clear images of the damaged or defective electronic guitar for expedited processing.
  • Upon approval, we will arrange for a replacement and cover the associated shipping costs.

3. Important Notes:

  • Familiarize yourself with our return and exchange policy before initiating the process.
  • Refunds are issued exclusively for electronic guitars returned in their original condition.
  • Exchanges are applicable only for electronic guitars with quality issues or damages.
  • Color name for each product option is subjective, please refer to the images when you select the color, though there may be slight color variations due to photography.
