If your item has a quality-related issue or fails under normal use within one year of purchase, we’ll replace it for free or offer an appropriate solution.

2. Should I Request a Refund or a Replacement?

Here’s how to quickly decide what’s right for you:

3.  Return Policy

 Eligible Returns:

  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery;

  • Item is unused, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories;

  • Item is not customized or installed.

 Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or modified;

  • Items returned without original packaging;

  • Clearance, final-sale, or customized items (noted on product pages);

  • Items returned outside of the return window.

 Return Shipping:

  • For non-defective returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping;

  • For defective or incorrect items (We ship wrong items) : Guyker covers all return costs;

  • Always use a trackable shipping service for your return.

 Refund Details:

  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item;

  • Refunds are credited back to your original payment method;

  • If your original payment method is no longer valid, we will issue a store credit instead;

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4.  Exchanges & Lifetime Coverage

Exchange Process:

  • If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery;

  • We’ll arrange a free replacement and cover return shipping if necessary;

  • In rare cases where parts are unavailable, we may issue a store credit or alternative product.

One-Year Warranty Promise: 

  • Covers manufacturer defects and non-intentional damage under normal use;

  • Applies only to products purchased directly from guyker.com or our authorized partners;

  • Does not apply to items gifted, resold, or purchased second-hand;

  • We reserve the right to limit replacements in cases of abuse.


5.  How to Start a Return or Exchange

  2. Provide the Following

    • Order number

    • Photos of the item

    • Reason for return or exchange

  3. Ship the Item Back
    Use a trackable shipping service.

  4. We Process Your Refund or Replacement
    Within 3 business days after receiving and inspecting your item.


6.  Important Notes & Exclusions

  • Worry-Free Purchase Protection: If you purchased Seel protection at checkout, you may be eligible for fast resolution if your package is delayed or damaged in transit.

  • Color Disclaimer: Due to lighting and monitor differences, product colors may vary slightly from photos;

  • Shipping Costs: We do not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part;

  • Fair Use: We monitor for excessive or fraudulent returns and reserve the right to deny service when necessary.
