So dissppointing

The bottom line: on the first attempt the string broke, although I did (allegedly; keep reading) follow the instructions. Why did I write "allegedly"? Because it was only after I sent them an email asking for a refund for this non usable product, have they bothered to send me a detailed video with the right way to use it.

But.....
1. Why don't you put this video on your website, or your YouTube channel (I swear I searched before I've installed.

2. In the video I realized something that was not mentioned anywhere else: in order to use this tuner you need two hands: one to turn the tuning nut, and the other one to hold the locking nut from turning together with the tuning nut (to avoid twisting and breaking the string...). Yes, you read it right. Every time you want to go to Drop-D tuning (for example), you'll need to grab a hex key that would hold the locking nut, and with your other hand turning the tuning nut.

Now I understand why this "tutorial" video is hidden from potential buyers - because no guitar player would ever but a tuning head that requires two hand and a hex key.

What a huge disappointment!

I too have lost 4 - 5 sets of strings trying to get these to stop snapping off strings. I have tried lubricants and even super thin soft plastic tubing nothing has worked! what are you going to do to resolve this?

PS: I have bought hundreds of dollars worth of your products and I do expect top notch customer service!

Would like more info...

What is the thickest string gauge you can use? I'm an 8-string player and use LaBella Strings up to 0.73. These tuners look cool as hell and I'd like to make sure they'll work with my Ibanez RG8.
