What's New from Guyker in 2025

Guyker is one of the leading manufacturers of aftermarket guitar hardware. From bridges and tuning machines to knobs and just about anything else you could possibly need to make your guitar play better, sound like a dream, and look its absolute best - Guyker has you covered.

Their range of products is massive, and they are constantly adding new items on a near-daily basis. This, however, makes it very difficult to keep up with what’s new at Guyker, so I’ve decided to list some of my personal favorite releases from the last few months to let you know what’s currently available.

Let’s get started with…

New Knobs

Changing the control knobs on your guitar is one of the easiest and most affordable mods possible. It’s a great introduction to upgrading and modifying your guitar for any newbies. Plus, not only is it easy, it can have a radical effect on the look of your guitar and even how it plays.

In terms of look, you could either go subtle and add a bit of sophistication, or go all out and add some serious bling to your ax.

But what about playability?

Well, better quality knobs will give you more precise control of how your knobs are set. This is especially important if you use your volume knob while playing to adjust not only your volume but also the amount of dirt you need.

In the good old days of classic rock, all the guitar legends used their volume knobs to control not only their volume, but also their level of distortion and, to some degree, their tone. This was done while playing, for example, volume set to 3 for the verses, up to 6 for the choruses, and all the way to 10 for the solo.

Back then, guitarists had very few options, nearly all the amplifiers were single-channel, and there were only a few pedals available, unlike these days, where there seems to be a new pedal released every day.

But when everything became programmable, multi-channel amps became the norm, and pedalboards became the size of a door, the lost art of controlling everything with your little finger and the volume knob was forgotten, which is such a shame.

I say, “Bring constant use of the volume control back,” and many agree. Check out nearly any interview with session guitar icon and Bon Jovi guitarist, Phil X. He loves using a single pickup SG into a dirty amp with no overdrive, distortion, or fuzz pedals. He controls everything with his volume knob for a whole show.

But to do this, you’ll need some high-quality, very controllable knobs, such as the…

Guyker CKB003 Solid Brass Guitar Bass Knobs CNC Machined Dia. 6/6.3mm

If you’d like to add a little color to your guitar without going over the top, these knobs are a fantastic option.

They’ve been designed to perfectly fit a standard 6mm or 6.3mm shaft, and are super easy to screw on. This means that they’re compatible with most Fender Tele, Gibson Les Paul, Strat-style electric guitars, as well as a variety of bass guitars.

The knarled exterior gives you the ultimate in control, even on hot, sweaty stages. While the cast and machined metal housing with its super-durable finish ensures that they’ll last for years to come.

Or, for a more psychedelic feel, how about the…

KB003 Plastic Control Knobs Dia. 6 for Guitar or Bass

Designed for 6mm shafts, these look superb and will add some interest to your guitar without going for the all-out bling thing.

Or, you could try the…

Guyker NKB-001 Potentiometer Knob Stone Material Diameter 6MM

Most guitar knobs are either made of plastic or metal, but why not try a more organic material, such as stone? Especially when they look as stunning as these.

Yes, these gorgeous knobs are made of stone to give your guitar a unique look that will catch the eye of anyone who sees it.

People pay a fortune to add stone effects to their kitchens and bathrooms, so why not do the same for your beloved ax. Plus, they’re a lot cheaper than a new kitchen countertop!

Toggle Switch Caps

If you’re a heavy user of the toggle switch on your Les Paul, SG, 335, etc., you’ve probably noticed that the stock ones will eventually crack, and then split and fall off. This is why toggle switch theft is so common in music stores - “Can I try out that nice Les Paul, please?”... “Oh dear, the toggle switch cap seems to be missing!”

Put an end to this problem with the…

Guyker KG-1003R Electric Guitar Toggle Switch Knob Cap

Designed to fit most electric guitars with metric threaded switches, these little beauties will ensure that you’re toggle switch cap lasts a lifetime. Plus, in a choice of three colorways, you can get one that perfectly matches your other hardware.

Let’s now move on to…

New Bridges, Tremolos, Tailpieces

Guyker's latest new bridge is the great to look at, but even better to use…

Guyker JM002 Jazzmaster Tremolo Bridge System Upgraded Vibrato Arm, Easier Stringing

The standard Jazzmaster bridge is, in a word, a… nightmare! I own a few Jazzmasters and Jaguars, and living with the original Fender bridge design is not fun.

I’m not disrespecting the guitars themselves; as mentioned, I have a few in my collection, so I obviously love them. But the one thing I don’t love, in fact, I hate, is the ridiculous, completely impractical bridge design.

Thankfully, Guyker has addressed the problems, and the JM002 Jazzmaster Tremolo Bridge System will sort out all the bridge tuning stability issues your guitar is currently suffering from, especially if you love to rock the tremolo bar.

New Pickups, Covers, Frames

I’ve already mentioned the very common Les Paul toggle switch crack and break issue, but there’s another plastic part on a lot of Les Pauls that just loves to crack - the pickup surrounds.

In my experience, this is most common about halfway along the bridge side of the neck pickup cover. But I’ve had them crack in other places as well. It’s easy enough to get a direct replacement from Gibson or Epiphone, but it’s only going to happen again!

So, what’s the solution?

Well, don’t buy them! Go for something more robust, that will last a lot longer, such as the…

Set of Rainbow/Red Humbucker Pickup Frames neck and bridge Pickup Mounting Ring Curved Tapered For LP Electric Guitar

These high-quality pickup surrounds will not only put an end to your frames cracking and breaking, but they’ll also add an extra touch of elegance to your Les Paul.

Gone are the days of a plain plastic white surround; welcome to a new world of color!

They’re available in a great choice of colors, from the traditional hardware options of chrome, gold, or black, to more out-of-the-box colourways such as vintage brass with its wonderful patina finish, or rainbow, which really catches the light on stage, or a very vibrant red, for guitarists who really want to make a statement.

These durable curved mounting rings fit perfectly on Les Pauls and are designed to withstand countless performances, unlike the originals!

New Neck Plates, Rod Covers, Jack Plates

Much like knobs, neck plates, rod covers, and jack plates are very simple modifications that just about anyone can do. They may be simple, but they really make a difference to how your guitar looks, and can make it truly unique.

For example, for all lovers of the darker sides of metal, or even someone who keeps goats! How about these…

Custom Neck Plate GN009 Aluminum Alloy Material 4 Holes Replacement

These exclusive custom-designed neck plates feature a unique embossed goat motif that combines both aesthetic appeal and durability.

Manufactured from aluminum and zinc alloys, and available in either brass or black, these neck plates will add a touch of dark elegance to your guitar for years to come.

And finally, let’s take a look at some…

New String Retainers

Lots of guitarists don’t realize how important string tension on the nut is to the tone of your guitar. For an in-depth look at the subject, check out String Trees: How can such a Small Part have a Big Impact on Your Tone?

However, the problem with doing any modification to increase the tension, for example, installing a string tree, is that it requires inserting a screw (or two) into the headstock, which, understandably, a lot of guitarists don’t want to do.

But is there a better way that causes no damage to your guitar?

Of course there is, and once again we can thank Guyker for the…

Guyker SR9 Electric Guitar Head String Retainer

The clever design of these string retainers allows them to be fixed to each tuning peg and removed with no damage to your heastock in the future if need be.

It may be a simple design, but it works like a dream, increasing the break angle of the string across the nut. This means that as much of the string's vibrational energy as possible is transferred from the nut into the neck/body.

They won’t radically change the sound of your instrument, but as we all know, getting the very best sound out of your guitar is about making lots of little improvements that all add up to one big one! Plus, they’re very affordable, so well worth the investment to get your beloved ax sounding as good as it can.

Wrapping it Up!

So, there you have it, my pick of the best new Guyker products of 2025.

But to be honest, I’ve only just scratched the surface of what’s available. If you can imagine it, Guyker has probably beaten you to it and is currently manufacturing the exact part you need, so check out https://www.guyker.com/ for all your modification and upgrade needs.

Happy modifications!!!
